Profesh is the trading name of Rock Box Media Limited, which is a company registered in the Island of Jersey with registration number 130162 and has its registered office at 9 Bond Street, St Helier, Jersey JE23NP.

By accessing the content of www.getprofesh.co.uk ( hereafter referred to as website ) you agree to the terms and conditions set out herein and also accept our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any of the terms and conditions you should not continue to use the Website and leave immediately.

You agree that you shall not use the website for any illegal purposes, and that you will respect all applicable laws and regulations.

You agree not to use the website in a way that may impair the performance, corrupt or manipulate the content or information available on the website or reduce the overall functionality of the website.

You agree not to compromise the security of the website or attempt to gain access to secured areas of the website or attempt to access any sensitive information you may believe exist on the website or server where it is hosted.

You agree to be fully responsible for any claim, expense, losses, liability, costs including legal fees incurred by us arising from any infringement of the terms and conditions in this agreement and to which you will have agreed if you continue to use the website.

The reproduction, distribution in any method whether online or offline is strictly prohibited. The work on the website and the images, logos, text and other such information is the property of www.getprofesh.co.uk ( unless otherwise stated ).

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Island of Jersey.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Our relationship with you will be governed by the laws of Jersey and the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Jersey courts. 

Engaging Tradespeople

1.1 You can request to me matched to a tradesperson on the Profesh Platform to find suitable Tradespeople in your area. Our matching system will identify and notify relevant Tradespeople, who may then Express Interest in your Job. Your contact details will be shared with any Tradesperson you are matched to. We cannot guarantee that any particular Tradespeople will Express Interest in your Job or respond to your enquiries.

1.2. Your interactions (including quotes, payment, receipt of goods or services and/or any other terms of your Service Agreements) with Tradespeople found through the Profesh Platform are solely between you and such Tradespeople.

1.3. You agree that Profesh shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such interactions. If there is a dispute between you and a Tradesperson or between you and any third party, you understand and agree that Profesh is under no obligation to become involved.

1.4. In the event that you have a dispute with a Tradesperson, you hereby release Profesh, its officers, employees, agents and successors in rights from any and all losses, claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind or nature, known or unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way related to such disputes other than to the extent arising from our breach of this Agreement. Nothing in this clause 1.4 limits or excludes either party's liability for anything which cannot be limited or excluded by law.

1.5. Profesh will not be involved in or held liable for any Service Agreement between you and a Tradesperson. Profesh is not a party to any Service Agreement, contract or other agreement that may arise between you and a Tradesperson as a result of your use of the Profesh Platform. It is the Customer's responsibility to verify, before entering into a Service Agreement with any Tradesperson, details such as confirmation of insurance cover, the Tradesperson's qualifications and any other documentation or information necessary to satisfy themselves before engaging the Tradesperson. Accordingly, we are not liable for any loss or damage that you incur resulting from any such agreement. This clause shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
